I am the Dean of Culture – I was born in Valparaiso, Zacatecas, Mexico – I spent 2 years as Denver Math Fellow and 4 years as Social Emotional Learning instructor. This is my 1st year at Manual – I chose DPS and Manual to continue to serve in our most diverse communities of color in Denver. Manual has a rich history in Denver and is one of the oldest schools in the city, and to be part of this new vision is humbling, and a great responsibility.
