Honors and Advanced Placement

Manual offers Honors and Advanced Placement (AP) courses for students who are eager to take their learning to the next level and expand their knowledge.

The curriculum in our Honors courses equips students with the skills and knowledge they need to meet their future with certainty and confidence. Students in grades 11 and 12 can further their knowledge by enrolling in AP courses. These intense courses are designed for Thunderbolts who are ready to increase their academic rigor while earning college credits, which are accepted at many universities and colleges nationwide. Successfully completing an AP course and its corresponding exam may save on college expenses and demonstrates students are prepared for the demands of higher learning, including at some of the most selective universities.

Concurrent Enrollment

Through Manual’s Concurrent Enrollment program, students are able to add college-level studies to their high school schedules. By doing so, students take academic, career readiness, or technical courses, and receive college credit at no cost. Courses are taken at local post-secondary institutions during the high school day, and transportation is often provided. Manual partners with several schools to ensure a high standard of excellence in this distinctive program.
