Serina Montoya has been a proud Thunderbolt social worker for the last 10 years and is entering her 11th year at Manual High School. She prides herself on being a Denver native, and graduate of West High School and Center for International Studies (CIS). She graduated from the University of Denver with an undergraduate degree in Psychology & Sociology and a Master of Social Work.
