Athletic Forms, Meetings, and Online Registration

Ready to sign up? Here are a few things that we need to make that happen:

• Family ID registration
• If you don’t attend Manual high school and want to participate in sports please use this form to sign up.
• Complete the following paperwork
  • Current Physical
  • Family ID registration 

You can bring the completed paperwork to the upcoming Parent/Student Athletic meeting, or drop it off in the office of Athletic Director Doug Clinkscales.
