Dear Parents of Seniors,
The Administration Team at Manual continues to monitor health guidelines as it relates to our 2021 Graduation Ceremony.
Recently, the DPS Senior Leadership Team released the following statement regarding spring 2021 Graduation Ceremonies: The Senior Leadership Team made the decision to host in-person graduation ceremonies for the class of 2021. Ceremonies will be held outdoors to ensure limited exposure to COVID-19 for our students, staff, families and community members. A limited number of guests will be allowed to attend each ceremony. Ceremony-specific details will be communicated with graduation coordinators and school leaders following spring break. The communication will include centrally coordinated venue options, school-based venue exploration and virtual options.
The Administration Team at Manual is currently working through a variety of outdoor ceremony possibilities given this communication from DPS. More guidance is expected to come from DPS in the coming days, including the number of guests each senior can have at the ceremony.
Once we receive further information, we will be able to finalize a plan for our 2021 Graduation Ceremony. Until then, please direct any questions you may have regarding graduation to Mr. Tricarico, Graduation Coordinator, at john_tricarico@dpsk12.org or by calling 720-423-6379.
Regards,
Manual High School Administration Team
