Hello Manual families,
We had our Senior Signing Day event this afternoon, and it was incredible! Thank you to the parents and community members who joined us and our partners from Friends of Manual and Thunderbolt Nation. It was great to see our students who are heading into the workforce and off to places like CCD, Howard, Metro State, CSU, American University, and CU just to name a few. Special thanks to Chiara Spavieri, Shanti Montoya-Fernandez, Meg Malsam, and Gabby Ramirez for organizing and preparing, and to Carl Dixon, Ben Butler and Doug Clinkscales for hosting the draft (and everyone else who helped out, too many to name here)!

The DPS “Your Voice/Tu Voz” Family survey is being extended to Sunday, May 21. This is your chance to have your voice heard and assist in meeting the goals of our Strategic Roadmap.
We need all families to participate in the DPS Your Voice/Tu Voz Family Survey. This is your opportunity to share your experiences in DPS. Your input is valuable to how we shape our system, adult and student experiences, so take the survey today!
We are looking forward to receiving DPS Your Voice/Tu Voz survey results and using them to better our schools. Your voice does matter! Thank you for helping to improve our district.

Monday, May 29th – Memorial Day holiday, no school for students or staff
Week of May 30th – Finals Week
June 2nd – No school for students, Summer Break begins!

Tuvimos nuestro evento del Día de firmas para personas mayores esta tarde, ¡y fue increíble! Gracias a los padres y miembros de la comunidad que se unieron a nosotros y a nuestros socios de Friends of Manual y Thunderbolt Nation. Fue genial ver a nuestros estudiantes que se están dirigiendo a la fuerza laboral y a lugares como CCD, Howard, Metro State, CSU, American University y CU, solo por nombrar algunos. Un agradecimiento especial a Chiara Spavieri, Shanti Montoya-Fernandez, Meg Malsam y Gabby Ramirez por organizar y preparar, y a Carl Dixon, Ben Butler y Doug Clinkscales por organizar el borrador (y a todos los demás que ayudaron, demasiados para nombrarlos aquí) !
