City Year at Manual
Manual High School is privileged and excited to have City Year AmeriCorps members as part of its full-time staff. These dynamic and energetic volunteers focus on being a positive influence, increasing student engagement, and enhancing school culture while also providing support in ELA, math, geography, and biology classrooms. Additionally, they offer one-on-one tutoring and mentoring for students who need additional support with attendance, behavior, or course performance. Corps members also help run after school programs, clubs, and sports, as well as offer homework assistance.
