Welcome to the new Manual High School

Manual High School will open its doors in the fall of 2007 to the first class of 9th grade students since it was closed in the spring of 2006. This new class of students will not only be the first to graduate from the new Manual, but they will have the unique opportunity to lead the school and shape its future.

When the doors open this fall, students will find an environment that supports their learning and development and one that is centered on high expectations and opportunities for all. Denver Public Schools (DPS) believes that Manual High School will emerge as a premier high school in Denver and has made a commitment, along with the community, to support Manual students with future college and career success.

Manual students can expect a school that provides:

Manual will grow into a 9-12 high school starting with a freshman class in the 2007-2008 school year, adding a class of students every year thereafter. In the 2010-2011 school year, Manual will be a fully developed 9th-12th grade high school.

Come be part of the elite group of students who will make up the first class at the new Manual! Please see Enrollment for more information.
